A kindergarten that organizes a variety of activities for children, including occasional bus trips, and provides daily video and written updates to parents via WhatsApp and individual reports. We want to understand how parents feel about the activities and communication at our kindergarten.

Goal

Understand how parents feel about the activities and communication at our kindergarten. The goal is to learn what’s working well and where we can improve, especially regarding our daily activities, special trips, and the way we share updates with parents.
